Refund policy

Sales, Refund, and Cancellation Policies

Client will conform to the Program policies and terms of service applicable to all clients of the program, as promulgated by Reversing Diabetes LLC d/b/a Mastering Diabetes from time to time. On the date hereof, Program policies include the following:

a. Refund and Cancelation Policy: Personalized coaching program purchases (Small Group Coaching, Private Coaching or Mastering Diabetes University) are non-refundable, and there is no right of Client to cancel.

b. Pausing Policy: Client may pause a coaching Program due to a medical emergency to Client or family member or death of a family member. Client may pause the Program for a maximum of 30 days, during which time Reversing Diabetes will fill Client’s spot. Upon Client’s return, Client will be reassigned to an available coach.

c. To initiate the cancellation of your Everlasting Health Experience Program subscription, kindly reach out to us at team@masteringdiabetes.org. We understand that circumstances may change, and you have the flexibility to cancel at any time. Please be aware that all payments made are non-refundable.

If you wish to discontinue a monthly membership, we recommend contacting us in advance before your next scheduled rebill date. Upon successfully completing the cancellation process, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm the cessation of your subscription.

Physical Products (Books) – Sales & Refund Policy

All sales of physical books are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for physical books once an order has been placed and shipped.

This policy applies solely to the purchase of physical books and does not apply to any coaching programs, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, or services offered by Reversing Diabetes LLC d/b/a Mastering Diabetes, which are governed by the Program policies outlined above.

If a book arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting team@masteringdiabetes.org and providing your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched, nor for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.
